We are I’m Mochi, a hole in the wall donut store that gives a whole new meaning to the phrase.
We’re determined to deliver not just delicious treats, but an experience that’s as stress-free and comfortable as possible. We want everyone to be able to enjoy the unique experience of visiting our store.
Our entire store is designed to make ordering (and enjoying your order) as easy as it can be, and we want to remove any stresses you might find with traditional ordering. You simply order at the kiosk, and pick up your order at our iconic hole in the wall.
Whether you’re grabbing a mochi donut or enjoying one of our famous cracking drinks, the entire process is designed to be as smooth as possible, and we hope you enjoy it.

This isn’t all we hope to achieve, and your donut purchase helps us get there.
We are a self-serve donut shop with a dream of giving back. We are working with local charities to support and uplift the incredible community that we call home.
Every time you purchase donuts through our kiosk you’re also contributing to the community and 15% of those profits goes to mental health associations like CMHA Toronto.

According to a 2023 report, nearly 40% of Toronto’s nonprofit organizations are struggling with insufficient funding. In recent years, mental health services have seen a surge in demand. The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated mental health issues. At least 20% of Toronto residents can expect to experience a diagnosable mental illness, or substance abuse each year.
